Thank you for supporting my handmade work! All pieces are individually crafted by me, in West Carrollton, Ohio, USA. Wood inlay art and earrings feature natural wood grains, colors, textures, inlay materials, and subtle variations—no two pieces are exactly alike. These natural differences (including minor knots, color shifts, or slight asymmetries) are intentional features that make each item unique and authentic, not defects.

By placing an order, you agree to these policies.

1. General Terms & Conditions

• All items are handmade, one-of-a-kind or small-batch pieces using wood and acrylic.
• Photos and descriptions aim to be accurate, but wood tones, inlay patterns, and minor variations may differ slightly from images due to natural material properties and screen settings.
• I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order (e.g., for pricing errors or suspected issues).
• All sales are subject to applicable sales tax based on shipping destination.

2. Payment Policy

• Accepted methods: Cash for local pick up or most major credit cards.
• Full payment required at checkout. Orders process only after payment clears.
• Prices are in USD. Artwork/jewelry cost shown; shipping, taxes, and fees added at checkout.
• Secure processing via Square—I do not store full card details.
• In case of disputes or chargebacks, you agree to provide necessary cooperation.

3. Shipping Policy

• Domestic U.S. Shipping Only (for now): Ships from West Carrollton, Ohio. I use USPS Priority Mail (tracking + insurance included) for most earrings and smaller inlay pieces; UPS/FedEx for larger/heavier wood art.
• Processing Time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or larger pieces may take longer—check listing or ask.
• Costs & Packaging: Real-time calculated rates at checkout (based on weight, size, destination). All items packed securely: protective wrapping, bubble cushioning, rigid boxes/mailers, "Fragile" labels, and corner protection as needed. 
• Insurance: Included for all shipments; higher-value pieces get extra coverage.
• Signature: Required for high-value or large items.
• Ohio Tax on Shipping: For Ohio deliveries, sales tax applies to both item and shipping (per Ohio rules).
• International: Not offered yet
• Lost/Damaged: Use tracking for claims. Notify me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of package/damage. I'll assist with carrier claims and resolve (replacement/refund at my discretion).

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Because each piece is handmade with natural wood and inlay materials, variations are expected and celebrated—not grounds for return. Policies are stricter for unique/handcrafted items.

General Rules for All Items: (e.g., wall art, boxes, earrings, decor—often one-of-a-kind):

• All sales final—no returns, exchanges, or refunds except for proven damage during shipping or major discrepancy from listing description.
• If damaged on arrival: Contact me within 14 days with photos. I'll coordinate replacement or refund (including shipping) via carrier claim.
• Natural wood variations (grain, color, knots, inlay placement, slight size differences) are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• For other concerns: Limited option—contact within 7 days of receipt. If approved, store credit (not cash) may be offered minus shipping, at my discretion.
• Custom/personalized pieces: Final sale—no returns unless defective or damaged in shipping.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

• I will confirm via email and send you the return address.
